We are making some excellent progress at our Tanglewood site in Collingwood. We are pleased to report that 12 of our blocks have concrete foundations poured and more then half of those blocks have been framed. The remaining blocks are being excavated and are almost ready for foundation in the next two weeks.  Several lots have plumbing and heat hooked up and there are many more to come in the next few weeks. We are also expecting to have hydro and gas lines running through the site before the end of October. Street signs labeling the roads, street lamps and telephone poles have also been installed. We are excited to announce the Grand opening of our beautiful Tanglewood/Woodlands sales office at 5 Cranberry Trail East, in a few weeks time. Please feel free to visit and speak with one of our Sierra Representatives while enjoying some refreshments. We also look forward to getting started on the extravagant Country Club and Spa that will be a central feature of our beautiful Tanglewood community.
