Woodlands Phase III Almost Registered! May 11, 2009 (Woodlands) A warm welcome to any of newly closed home owners in Phase III. Whether a vacation spot or permanent residence, Woodlands is a remarkable place to call home (or second home). Collingwood is a beautiful area in all the seasons and we are excited for the unique landscaping to come through in all its’ glory. We are currently making arrangements with the local Canada Post Office for the mailboxes in phase III. We thank Phase III purchasers for their patience as we work through the complex web of architects and external agencies to bring something as simple as a mailbox into fruition. We are excited to report that there are several new additions to the Woodlands community and we would like to congratulate them on their purchases, as we know they will derive great joy by being a part of Woodlands by Sierra.
We are still working on finishing a model home for Woodlands, but it seems every time we create one, someone comes and snatches it up. But we don’t mind. Really.
Any of the newly constructed homes in Phase III are comming along quite quickly now that the weather is allowing for it.
We are expecting for Phase III Woodlands to be registered any day now. All of the paperwork has been sent away and we are just waiting on confirmation.
