Tanglewood – The Enclave Ground Breaking

Morris Kansun, President of Sierra Building Group, along with Collingwood Mayor Sandra Cooper and Members of Council, gathered to Break Ground at The Enclave, the fourth phase of the master-planned golf course community Tanglewood.
